Who do I mean by them? I mean nearly everyone: mass man, who has triumphed completely.
As they see it, they have achieved perfection – and once you have achieved perfection, change of any kind is impossible, and must not be permitted.
Naturally, they will deny this completely. But pay no attention to what they say. Pay attention to what they do.
