What Happened to Poetry?
The answer for most is simple
it has gone away
and we don’t want it back.
I find this amazing
how can they live without it?
I can hear the answer.
They aren’t living
they are doing something else
we have no way of writing about.
Not even with Poetry.
That being said, check out Moves in the Field by Sara Miller in the January Poetry Magazine. The rest of her stuff is not bad either.
