Bertold Hummel

Wikipedia
emusic

This guy was a surprising find for me. I love Classical music, and I download a lot of it from emusic.com. They recommended him to me, and I have been well satisfied with his compositions – and with this recording. He writes modern classical, according to Wikipedia. You can get a taste of him yourself, by listening to the samples on emusic.

Online services keep track of your preferences, and this allows them to make some good suggestions. Amazon does this for books, and audible.com (part of Amazon) just send me some good suggestions – at the same time they charged me for my new subscription payment.

Result: I am nearly always broke.

Robert Gupta: Music is medicine, music is sanity

You guys don’t deserve this, but I am going to lay it on you anyway: a TED talk about music. Robert Gupta is a talented classical violinist and a talented, natural speaker to boot.

But I am warning you: this will make you feel good. If you would rather feel bad, don’t touch it.

Etsuko Hirose

Etsuko is a young Japanese woman and a very good concert pianist. Check her out on emusic.

I think you will be amazed.
