HelloSign is a cloud-based electronic signature tool that enables users to sign, fill out, send, retrieve, and save documents paperlessly.[1] Any documents signed using HelloSign are legally valid under The Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act passed by the U.S. Congress in 2000,[2] as well as the European Directive (EC/1999/93).[3]

You can read the rest yourself. It’s pretty awesome – and two documents a month are free.

I can say more – this is one company that is doing it right. They are heavily Google-centric, which is fine with me – but not if you are not all the way with Google.

In today’s world you have to chose who to get in bed with – and Microsoft wants you to get in their walled garden – and keep out everyone else.
