TED represents a cultural divide – with the talented people on one side, and everyone else (at least 80% of the population) on the other. They never watch TED, because it might encourage them to think about where they are.

If you are part of the first population, you will enjoy this interview. It shows you how computer people think – how they are different. He contrasts people-people with software-people – and a third species, business people. They can work together, but it is not easy.
