But what he says here is worth a second look – because the first one will stop you with some strange terminology – such as Crosscheck.

Clever GOP operatives have gone through the voter lists of many states, identifying names that are similar, but belong to different people – and then claimed these people were voting twice. These lists of suspicious names were then used to invalidate ballots during the validation process that follows the voting – with the connivance of voting officials.
There are plenty of people with similar names, or even identical names – and this is the basis of many scams – including this one.
