I have had plenty of physcotherapy myself, and I can’t say it has done me much good – but this guy makes a solid pitch for his therapeutic approach.
The problem he describes is real enough, and we should be helping our returning troops – everyone will agree to that. But this will cost money – and right there, reality strikes home. Americans will say anything – but do little.
They don’t consider this deceitful – they are just maintaining the proper appearances.
For them, reality can be (and should be) overlooked.
